On top of this, Kerrie achieved a price that was a staggering $150k more than we were quoted only weeks earlier by another real estate agent in Mona Vale. I have engaged them on two occasions to sell properties, and have each time been extremely pleased with the result. Selling a house is balancing act between setting a low price to get a fast sale vs trying to get a higher price but being unable to attract a buyer.
